Make Europe Great Again: Second MEGA Event Arrives

Patriots and conservatives of Europe will meet to discuss the future of the EU and the world in the light of the challenges of today's society.

After the conference held in Bucharest last April 2024, now the new year opens with the second edition of the European event MEGA-Make Europe Great Again, by ECR and AUR, which will be held in Brussels next 28 and 29 January, at the European Parliament. A unique and evocative location, rich in history and with a strong symbolic value.

MEGA 2025 will be an intense and intellectually stimulating event, attended by many of Europe’s conservatives and patriots. The Voice of the Patriot will also have the honour of being present and will have the opportunity to observe closely and report in detail on the entire conference.

On the programme, many prominent figures from the European political and institutional scene will discuss the future of innovation, collaboration and unity across the continent.

Among the guests, along with prominent international faces such as Amichai Chikli, Minister for Diaspora Affairs and Anti-Semitism in the government of Israel, Raúl Luís Latorre Martínez, President of the House of Honour of Paraguay’s Deputies, and David Campbell Bannermann, one of the last British Conservative Party MPs in the ECR Group, will also be several Italian personalities. Among them, MEP and ECR Group member Carlo Fidanza, and Gian Luigi Ferretti, Knight of the Republic and former diplomatic director of the United Nations.

Various interventions are scheduled, ranging from topics such as new technologies and energy in relation to the environment, the great and current challenge of rebuilding a more balanced Europe, relations between the EU and Trump’s new USA, but also and above all the value of cultural identity as the main point to look at in order to shape the future itself. Security and European borders will also be discussed, and, on the last and intense day of work, the focus will be on what are currently the central points on today’s national and European agenda: migration, work and economic challenges.
